Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid viralOS plans and AI analysis usage.

1. Paid plans only

viralOS is a paid SaaS product. We do not offer free accounts or free trials unless explicitly stated in writing.

By purchasing a plan, you agree to the plan price, billing cycle, included analysis limits, and this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription renewals

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.

You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.

3. Used analysis credits

Because viralOS provides AI processing and analysis once a video is submitted, used analysis credits are generally non-refundable.

If a technical issue prevents completion of an analysis, we may offer a replacement credit or other remedy at our discretion.

4. Refund requests

Refund requests must include the account email, plan purchased, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Refund eligibility may depend on usage, timing, payment status, abuse prevention, and whether the service was materially unavailable.

5. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, unused time in a billing period, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction with AI recommendations that were successfully delivered.

AI analysis is predictive and informational. It does not guarantee social media views, engagement, revenue, or growth outcomes.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend account access while the dispute is reviewed.
