viralOS provides AI-generated analysis, scores, and recommendations for short-form videos. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for the videos, captions, thumbnails, and other materials you upload or submit to viralOS.

viralOS offers paid plans only. There are no free accounts and no free trials unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

Plan limits, analysis credits, features, and pricing may vary by plan and may be updated from time to time.

AI scores and recommendations are provided for informational and creative decision-making purposes. They do not guarantee views, engagement, revenue, follower growth, or platform performance.

You should review AI output before relying on it. You remain responsible for publishing decisions and final content choices.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using viralOS, you grant us permission to process that content for the purpose of providing the service.

You must have the rights needed to upload and analyze any video or related material submitted to viralOS.

You may not use viralOS to upload illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized content.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or misuse the service or its outputs.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access creates risk for viralOS or other users.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of viralOS after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
